As of 1st July 2013 all landlords are required to complete a Property Condition Report at the start and end of a tenancy agreement.
PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS
We will provide a detailed and objective report on the property which you can then have your tenant sign at the commencement or the lease. This report can then be used at the end of the agreement to check for any cleaning or repairs required by the tenant before vacating.
The report will cover all compulsory requirments of the tenancies act and will also include a comprehensive folio of photos
Initial inspection & report $250, with subsequent reports on the same property only $150, including mid tenancy rent inspections.
I am available at short notice and report will be available within 48 hours of the inspection.
